Author Guidelines

Call for 1-page Summaries

Please submit your 1-page summary including the title and the authors list. The summary should be written in English and in PDF format with no more than ONE page. One-column format or two-column IEEE format are all acceptable. The one-page summaries will be used only for review process and will not be published anywhere. Submission should be made through the EasyChair online submission system.

Call for full papers

Please submit a full paper that includes the title and author list. Manuscripts must be written in English, submitted in PDF format, and prepared using the two-column IEEE format. The paper should be four A4 pages, including the abstract, figures, tables, and bibliography. Submission should be made through the EasyChair online submission system. Accepted full papers may be recommended to SCI-INDEXED. Authors whose papers are recommended for the Journal of Signal Processing Systems (JSPS) Special Issue will be required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with the journal's submission guidelines and formatting requirements. The revised manuscripts must be submitted for review and will undergo the journal's standard review process. Recommendation by PACCAS 2026 does not guarantee acceptance for publication in JSPS.
